Is the app free to use?+
Free to download and free to post tasks. Taskers and professionals keep 100% of their earnings — Qwikyo charges zero commission. Customers pay a small booking fee when confirming a task, shown upfront before you commit.
Posting tasks
How do I post a task?+
Tap "Post a Task", describe what you need, add photos and your budget. Taskers nearby will send offers within minutes.
Can I cancel after posting?+
Yes, you can cancel a task any time before accepting an offer — free of charge. After accepting, a cancellation fee may apply.
What if nobody sends offers?+
If your task doesn't get offers within 24 hours, we'll suggest adjusting the budget or location radius. Our support team can also help match you manually.
Payments
How does escrow work?+
When you accept an offer, payment is held by Qwikyo. The tasker only receives the money after you mark the task as complete. This protects both sides.
What payment methods are supported?+
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Qwikyo Wallet. All payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
When does the tasker get paid?+
Taskers receive payment within 24 hours of job completion confirmation. Payouts go directly to their registered bank account.
Safety
Are taskers background-checked?+
Yes. All taskers go through Aadhaar + phone verification, and a background check before they can accept jobs. We also monitor ratings continuously.
What if my property is damaged?+
Report the issue through Qwikyo support as soon as possible. Our team will review the case, gather details from both sides, and guide the next steps based on the situation and available policies.
How do I report a safety concern?+
Use the in-app SOS button or call 1800-123-QWIK (7am–11pm). For emergencies, always call 100 first. Our trust & safety team responds within 15 minutes.
